White pizza with butternut squash, goat cheese, and prosciutto

Ingredients
- 1 ball 24-hour Neapolitan pizza dough
- 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash with same spices as in Butternut squash, kale, and goat cheese salad
- 2oz goat cheese
- 2oz prosciutto
- 2oz low-moisture mozzarella
- Fresh sage leaves
- Honey, to drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°F with a pizza stone inside and leave for 45 mins.
- Prepare the pizza dough and place onto a wooden board with plenty of semolina so it can be easily slid off into the oven.
- Brush the crust lightly with olive oil
- Scatter the butternut squash and mozzarella on the pizza.
- Cook the pizza until done.
- While pizza is cooking, fry sage leaves in butter until crispy. Set aside.
- Top immediately with goat cheese, then drizzle honey and olive oil, and finally add prosciutto and sage leaves. Top with grated Parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
