White pizza with butternut squash, goat cheese, and prosciutto

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F with a pizza stone inside and leave for 45 mins.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough and place onto a wooden board with plenty of semolina so it can be easily slid off into the oven.
  3. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil
  4. Scatter the butternut squash and mozzarella on the pizza.
  5. Cook the pizza until done.
  6. While pizza is cooking, fry sage leaves in butter until crispy. Set aside.
  7. Top immediately with goat cheese, then drizzle honey and olive oil, and finally add prosciutto and sage leaves. Top with grated Parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
