Ingredients
- Beef tenderloin
Instructions
- Season tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for an hour.
- Heat one half of grill to high and keep one half medium-low.
- Sear tenderloin on the hot side for 2 minutes on each of the four sides.
- Transfer to cool side and grill until internal temperature is about 120ºF, turning after about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes under foil.
- Slice and serve immediately.
