Instructions

  1. Season tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for an hour.
  2. Heat one half of grill to high and keep one half medium-low.
  3. Sear tenderloin on the hot side for 2 minutes on each of the four sides.
  4. Transfer to cool side and grill until internal temperature is about 120ºF, turning after about 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer to cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes under foil.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.
