Ingredients
- 1 can unsalted tuna
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Sprig of fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Add drained tuna and cilantro, as well as salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Eat on top of toast.
