Ingredients
- 500g chicken breasts (2-3 breasts), fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (or 1 oz packet)
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup salsa
- 12 corn tortillas
- toppings (cilantro, sweet onion, tomatoes)
Instructions
- Place chicken in 6 qt pressure cooker and add broth. Sprinkle taco seasoning over top and top with salsa.
- Press "poultry" setting and cook for 15 minutes if frozen or 12 minutes if fresh.
- Release pressure and shred chicken with two forks. Assemble into tacos along with desired toppings.
