Ingredients
- Rotisserie chicken
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 lemon
- Taco seasoning (or cumin and paprika)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve with toasted bread.
