Papardelle with mushrooms, baby zucchini, and sausage

Ingredients
- Baby zucchini
- Baby bella mushrooms
- Spicy italian sausage
Instructions
- Chop zucchini and mushrooms. Slice sausage.
- In a medium-sized pan, cook zucchini and mushrooms until tender. Separately, cook sausage until crispy.
- Use as a topping for long pasta such as pappardelle. Will work with any sauce! Top with fresh basil and grated Parmesan.
- Put cooked pasta with topping mix in a still-hot pan (with the heat off). add 1/4 cup milk/half and half/cream, and reserved cooking water if needed. Add a bunch of parmesan and some red pepper flakes and mix until melted and creamy. Top with fresh parsley.
