Ingredients
- 10 oz spring mix
- 1 medium orange, roughly chopped
- 1/2 large bulb fennel, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Dried cranberries, for garnish
- Toasted slivered almonds, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine spring mix, orange, fennel, and onion, in a large bowl.
- Mix together olive oil, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and add cranberries and slivered almonds.
