Miso ginger dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white/yellow miso
- 2 tbsp chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 cup canola or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp grated ginger
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a dressing container and mix well. Serve with butter lettuce, romaine, or spring mix, and top with tomatoes and shredded carrots.
