Birria tacos

  1. Heat up Birria in a pot. Heat a cast iron pan.
  2. Take a tortilla and dip it in the Birria, coating both sides with the sauce, then place in the cast iron pan. Use a spoon or tongs to grab some meat and place it on the tortilla, then top with white onion, some cilantro, and mozzarella. Fold the taco over.
  3. Let cook for a minute or two, then flip to the other side and continue cooking.
  4. Serve with extra cilantro, and dip in more Birria sauce if desired.
