Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Tanqueray gin
- 3/4 oz Luxardo Bittero Rosso
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 14 drops Bittermens hopped grapefruit bitters
- 14 drops Regans' orange bitters
- Grapefruit peel, for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle 1 cucumber wheel in a shaker tin.
- Add remaining ingredients except the other cucumber wheel
- Fill with ice and shake until chilled
- Double-strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with second cucumber wheel, and serve.
