Maple Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 lemon
• 3/4 oz maple syrup

Instructions

1. Juice lemon into glass. Add maple syrup and bourbon. Mix well and serve with ice.

• 2023-12-23: invented because I didn’t want to make simple syrup. Very nice sourness without being too strong.
