Ingredients

• 1 oz Diplomatico blanco rum
• 1 oz Amaro Montenegro
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz Orgeat
• 1/2 tsp Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki bitters
• 7 drops Angostura bitters
• Lemon peel, for garnish

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except the garnishes in a shaker with 2 cubes of ice
2. Whip-shake, then strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice
3. Garnish with Angostura bitters and lemon peel and serve
