Chamomile Simple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 part white sugar
- 1 part freshly brewed chamomile tea
Instructions
- Combine sugar and tea in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Once sugar is dissolved, allow to cool. Transfer to a nonreactive contained and store airtight in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Alternatively, if tea is still very hot from brewing, sugar can be added directly to tea and mixed thoroughly until dissolved.
