Improved Brandy Cocktail

Ingredients
- 4 spritzes Herbsaint
- 2 oz Ricou Spirits Brandy Saint Louise
- 1/2 tsp Demara syrup
- 1/2 tsp Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 14 drops Peychaud's bitters
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Instructions
- Spritz the Herbsaint into the interior of a chilled double old-fashioned glass
- Combine the remaining ingredients except the garnish in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir to chill
- Strain into the glass
- Garnish with lemon peel and serve
