Chamomile Kilt

Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 oz Speyside single malt Scotch, or any pure-malt blended Scotch
- 3/4 oz Chamomile Simple Syrup
- 3-4 mint leaves
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle lemon in a shaker tin. Add Scotch, chamomile syrup, and mint leaves, fill with ice, and shake until chilled. Double-strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with ice, garnish with the mint sprig, and serve.
Journal
- 2023: Made with family in Concord. Tasty, but couldn't really notice the chamomile flavor much; not really worth the effort of making a special syrup. Maybe need to use stronger tea?
